PASADENA, CA – Four Lagerlof, LLP attorneys have been recognized by Super Lawyers for their high level of professional accomplishment within their practice area. 

Lagerlof, LLP Partners, Erin Prouty and Richard Rasmussen were both named 2025 Southern California Super Lawyers. In addition, Senior Associate Attorney, Zacharias Tripodes, and Managing Partner, Joshua Driskell, were named Southern California Rising Stars. Rising Stars are attorneys who are younger than 40 years old or have been practicing for less than ten years. 

Super Lawyers and Rising Stars are selected through a multiphase selection process. The process consists of peer nomination, independent research, panel evaluation, then the selection process. Only 5% of attorneys nominated are selected as Super Lawyers and only 2.5% of nominees are selected as Rising Stars.

Erin Prouty is a Partner at Lagerlof, LLP and was selected as a Super Lawyer in Estate & Probate. 

Ms. Prouty practices estate planning, trust and estate administration, probate and trust litigation, entity formation, and tax and charitable planning.  She operates at the highest level of sophistication and expertise and has testified as an expert witness in these areas of law. 

Richard Rasmussen is a Partner at Lagerlof, LLP and was selected as a Super Lawyer in Real Estate. 

Richard focuses his practice on corporate, real estate and business law. Richard represents local and national clients in a variety of industry sectors, including automobile dealerships, manufacturing and distribution companies, shopping center owners and mixed-use developers, universities and non-profit entities, restaurant and retail establishments, commercial landlords and tenants, and real estate brokerage companies. He is often called upon to serve in the role of outside general counsel for clients. 

Joshua Driskell is the Managing Partner of Lagerlof, LLP and was selected as a Southern California Rising Star in Estate & Probate.  

Joshua is the Chair of the Private Client Services Department.  His practice is dedicated to estate planning, wealth transfer planning, business succession planning, post-death administration, and fiduciary litigation.  Josh’s clients consist predominantly of high-net-worth individuals, such as business owners, real property investors, family offices, private equity fund managers, and entertainment industry figures. 

Zacharias Tripodes is a Senior Associate Attorney at Lagerlof, LLP and was selected as a Southern California Rising Star in Estate & Probate. 

Zacharias focuses his practice on corporate transactions, probate and trust administration, and estate planning. Zach earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles where he served as an editor for international and comparative law review’s Inter-American Court of Human Rights Project and co-authored an article published in the Yale Journal of International Law.
