Joshua R. Driskell is Chair of the Private Client Services Department and Managing Partner of Lagerlof, LLP. His practice is dedicated to estate planning, wealth transfer planning, business succession planning, post-death administration, and fiduciary litigation. Josh’s clients consist predominantly of high-net-worth individuals, such as business owners, real property investors, family offices, private equity fund managers, and entertainment industry figures.
A frequent lecturer on a variety of estate planning and tax related topics, Josh has appeared before the We Fund LA Real Estate Summer Symposium, Managing the FinCEN CTA Process with Thomson Reuters, The Successful Law Firm and Its Healthy Ecosystem: The Confluence of Strategy, Operations, Technology, and Total Rewards with the California Lawyers Association, among many others.
David Rawi is Senior Counsel at Lagerlof, LLP, and is a dedicated and personable litigation and transaction lawyer with 15 years of experience in the healthcare and business sectors.
David has served as local and national litigation counsel for Fortune 100 and Fortune 200 companies and currently focuses on representing small to medium healthcare and general businesses, including healthcare technology start-ups, billing companies, Management Services Organizations, Independent Physician Associations, medical groups and physician practices, and individual licensed providers and allied professionals. David consults business owners and providers through all stages of the business cycle, from strategic business formation, through equity structuring, employee and third-party contracting, and business risk assessment, to business valuation and sale. David also has extensive experience defending providers in all phases of professional malpractice claims and has consulted physicians through Wellbeing Committee reviews and other medical staff disciplinary actions as well as reimbursement auditing and investigations.
