Lagerlof, LLP is proud to have promoted Erika Scheideman and Nicholas Everett from Senior Counsel to Partners.

Erika Scheideman is a Certified Family Law Specialist focusing her practice exclusively on family law matters. She joined Lagerlof, originally Primuth, Driskell, & Terzian, in 2018.

Erika earned her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University, where she was a member of Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity. She has earned many awards and recognitions over the years, receiving the AVVO Clients’ Choice award, has been voted a “Top Attorney” by Pasadena Magazine every year since 2011 and was voted a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers in 2019 and 2021.

Nicholas Everett joined Lagerlof, originally Primuth, Driskell, & Terzian, as Senior Counsel in 2017. He focuses his practice exclusively on trust and estate litigation, contested conservatorships, and estate planning. 

Nick earned his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and earned a certification in estate planning. After law school, he obtained an LLM in estate planning from the University of Miami’s Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning. He was voted a “Top Attorney” by Pasadena Magazine in 2020 and 2021.
