Lagerlof, LLP Office COVID-19 Safety Protocols – Visitor Guide

The health and safety of all visitors, and their families, is a fundamental priority of Lagerlof, LLP. Due to the current healthcare pandemic, regarding COVID-19 (also known as Coronavirus or RAPID SARS CoV-2), Lagerlof, LLP has implemented the below safety measures for all office visitors. Please review prior to your arrival.

The below several items provide an overview of Lagerlof, LLP’s current safety measures designed to reduce the likelihood of potential COVID-19 exposure when visiting the Lagerlof, LLP office.

1. Face Masks: In continued alignment with local policy, indoor face masks are recommended but no longer required, regardless of vaccination status. 

2. Social Distancing & Group Gathering: Its is recommended that all individuals maintain a 6-foot distance from one another whenever possible. 

3. General Hygiene & Sanitation: It is recommended that all individuals avoid shaking hands and hugging. All individuals are encouraged to wash their hands with soap and water, for at least 20 seconds, prior to entering a new area (e.g., conference room). If soap and water are unavailable, alcohol-based sanitation solutions are an appropriate alternative. All individuals are encouraged to refrain from, or at least significantly reduce, the passing and sharing of common handheld items (e.g., cups, bottles, pens, folders, etc.).

4. Positive COVID-19 Tests: Individuals, who have received a positive COVID-19 test, are asked to remain in self-quarantine for a minimum of five (5) consecutive days before visiting the Lagerlof, LLP office.

Potential COVID-19 Exposure

If an individual believes they may potentially be positive for a COVID-19 infection, they are advised to reschedule their office visit until they are able to confirm a negative COVID-19 status.

Confirmed COVID-19 Exposure

If an individual shares that they have been confirmed to have contracted COVID-19, via a positive test, they will be asked to reschedule their office visit for a minimum of five (5) consecutive days before returning to the office. All visitors should maintain an open line of communication with their primary Lagerlof, LLP contact, so as to confirm any questions regarding current COVID-19 safety measures prior to visiting.

Lagerlof, LLP will continue to ensure alignment with city, county, and/or state guidelines as they develop.

ALL PROCEDURES ARE DESIGNED IN ACCORANCE WITH CDC (CENTER FOR DISEASE CONTROL) AND CAL-OSCHA GUIDELINES, AS WELL AS CITY AND COUNTY POLICY. ALL ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON NEW DATA, POLICY, AND HEALTH SAFETY REGULATIONS.
