Title: ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Nolan Arcos

Nolan is an Associate Attorney at Lagerlof, LLP, focusing on Elder Law. His passion for Elder Law started at an early age hearing his father, an Elder Care Planning attorney, give free seminars every month.

Nolan routinely handles conservatorships, trust administration, estate planning, and everything in between.  Focusing primarily on post-incapacity and post-death scenarios, Nolan aims to help his clients obtain maximum compliance, protection, and closure.  He has facilitated settlements in multiple six and seven-figure matters, and he has helped put long-running family disputes to rest.

Nolan is a frequent presenter to professional and general audiences alike.  His presentation topics have included estate planning, income and principal determinations, elder care planning needs, fiduciary ethics, and other topics.  He was one of the first attorneys in the state to create and distribute a section-by-section analysis of the changes in law from California’s adoption of Uniform Fiduciary Income and Principal Act.

Nolan understands the importance of bringing compassion to every interaction.  He strives to counsel his clients in a way that makes them feel welcome, heard, and understood.  Outside of his associate role at Lagerlof, LLP, Nolan serves on the board of directors of Pasadena Village, an intentional community of adults over 55 who support each other while living independently in their homes.  In his free time, Nolan enjoys playing piano and perfecting his baking skills.
