Nolan Arcos

Nolan is an Associate Attorney at Lagerlof, LLP, focusing on Elder Law.  He routinely handles conservatorships, trust administration, estate planning, charitable giving, and everything in between.  Focusing on cases involving the incapacity or death of a loved one, Nolan aims to help his clients obtain maximum compliance, protection, and peace of mind.  He has facilitated settlements in multiple six and seven-figure matters, and he has helped put long-running family disputes to rest.  Nolan is comfortable serving individual and institutional clients alike.  In his practice, he frequently works with private professional fiduciaries, corporate trustees, and non-profit organizations.

 

Nolan has presented on a wide range of topics including estate planning, trust accounting, elder care planning needs, and fiduciary ethics.  In 2024, he became one of the first attorneys in the state to produce a full section-by-section analysis of the changes in the law following California’s adoption of the Uniform Fiduciary Income and Principal Act.

 

Nolan understands the importance of bringing compassion to every interaction.  He strives to counsel his clients in a way that makes them feel welcome, heard, and understood.  In his free time, Nolan enjoys writing, baking, and coffee-making.
