Title: Senior Counsel

Role(s):

Morgan Gray

Morgan Gray is Senior Counsel in Lagerlof, LLP’s Corporate & Tax practice group. She brings a diverse background spanning law, tax, and business advisory services to her work with clients.

Before joining Lagerlof, LLP, Morgan practiced as a solo attorney, serving as outside counsel to several small businesses—both for-profit and nonprofit—and advising clients on a broad range of tax and business matters.

Earlier in her career, Morgan practiced at Hanson Bridgett LLP as a transactional attorney, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate compliance, and tax planning. She also worked at accounting firms providing consulting and advisory services, gaining a strong foundation in both the technical and practical aspects of tax strategy and business operations.

Morgan’s extensive background allows her to take a solutions-oriented approach informed by her dual experience in law and accounting. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex transactional and tax issues with clarity, precision, and confidence.

Outside of the office, Morgan serves as a mentor with The Collective Identity, a nonprofit organization that connects first-generation female college students with mentors to guide them through their academic and professional journeys.
