David’s specialized expertise is in healthcare, where his practice encompasses both clinical providers and the business infrastructure involved in the delivery of modern healthcare. He advises individual licensed providers, medical groups, healthcare facilities, Management Services Organizations, and other medical related businesses navigating complex regulatory and operational environments. His healthcare practice includes reimbursement disputes and payor-provider negotiations, ownership and partnership disputes, compliance actions, service and employment contract negotiations, medical staff credentialing matters, and business restructuring.
