Amanda is an Associate Attorney at Lagerlof, LLP, practicing in the areas of Corporate, and Tax Law. Her interest in these practice areas comes from her background in business, having earned her MBA and worked in the logistics and solar energy industries. During her prior work and education experiences, she found that she was most interested in the legal aspects of the projects. She decided to attend law school, where she could grow her passion for corporate law.
Amanda received her Bachelor’s Degree from Texas Christian University, where she double majored in Supply Chain Management and Spanish. She then received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California, and finally, a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego.
During law school, Amanda worked for Lagerlof, LLP as a summer associate, where she also mainly worked on Corporate and Tax matters. She gained valuable experience researching and interpreting complex legal issues, as well as understanding client concerns and helping develop effective strategies to address their business needs. Amanda also participated in the publication of her law school’s Journal of Climate and Energy Law as an Articles Editor, which built stronger communication and legal research skills.
Outside of school and work, Amanda enjoys running, swimming, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. She also enjoys traveling the world and learning about new places and cultures.
