Alex is an associate attorney who specializes in corporate matters including M&A, entity formation and dissolution, and related tax issues. He also regularly assists businesses and individuals with real estate matters as well as trust administration.
Alex is a Pasadena local who graduated from Maranatha High School. He earned his bachelor’s degree from California Lutheran University and earned a juris doctorate from Tulane University in New Orleans. While at Tulane, he earned both the Adams Award for best graduate essay and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award. In addition to his Juris Doctorate, he obtained a Certificate of International and Comparative Law for his educational focus on international transactional matters.
Alex was a part of Lagerlof’s Summer Associate Program during the summer of 2022, and returned as an associate attorney in the fall of 2023. In his free time, he enjoys exploring the arts and cultural landscape of the Los Angeles area.
