He has represented individual litigants to Fortune 100 companies in a wide range of civil disputes. Bob’s previous experience includes being an associate in the downtown Los Angeles firm where his practice included extensive complex civil matters including class action, and toxic tort. Prior to working at the Los Angeles firm, he was an associate with the Steptoe & Johnson, LLP at its headquarters office in Washington, DC.  There he focused on class action defense, toxic torts, and government contracts litigation.  Bob began his legal career as a Judge Advocate in the United States Navy.  As a member of the JAG Corps stationed in Washington D.C., Bob handled a number of high profile cases garnering national media attention, one of which resulted in him testifying before the U.S. Senate Intelligence Committee.  During this time, he also published an article on the law of war in the Syracuse Journal of International Law.

Bob is admitted to the bars of California, Oregon, Washington D.C., and Washington state.  He is also admitted to practice in all federal courts in California, Washington, and Oregon, in addition to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
