What are you looking forward to most about the Summer Associate Program at Lagerlof, LLP?
I am most looking forward to gaining more experience in corporate and tax law and learning as much as I can from my colleagues.
Why did you decide to go to law school and study to become a lawyer?
Before law school, I went to business school and worked as a project manager at a solar company. Part of the job involved working closely with the legal team on revising and finalizing contract details. The documents I worked with were mainly leases and purchase agreements, but I was also exposed to some other types of corporate forms. I discovered that was my favorite part of the job and found myself wishing I were on the other side. Because of that job, I decided I wanted to pursue a law school education.
