Lisa is Lagerlof, LLP’s Director of People Services. With over 30 years of experience, she has experience managing people working in a wide range of industries, including banking, construction, medical, and, for the last 15 years, the legal field.

In addition to her excellent people skills, Lisa has extensive experience with compliance and regulatory issues, ensuring that teams operate in full compliance with relevant laws and regulations and is dedicated to developing and supporting an agile and innovative team.

Outside of the office, Lisa enjoys off-roading in the California desert, connecting with nature while boating and gardening, and spending time making memories with her family.
