Kaila is a Senior Associate Attorney for Lagerlof, LLP’s litigation practice group and Elder Law Team.  Kaila’s litigation practice is focused on business, real estate/real property, and general civil litigation matters.  As part of the Elder Law Team, Kaila handles trust and estate litigation and elder abuse claims and litigation, including financial elder abuse matters.
Prior to joining Lagerlof LLP, she worked in San Diego, where her practice focused on real property/real estate litigation and title insurance litigation.
Kaila received her Juris Doctor and Business Law Certificate from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she gained firsthand experience as a mediator in their award-winning Mediation Clinic.
Prior to her legal education, Kaila attended Pepperdine University, where she attended the internationally recognized Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, earning a Certificate in Conflict Management. In her practice, Ms. Bradley regularly draws upon the problem-solving skills gained through her alternative dispute resolution background to better serve her clients.
