PASADENA, CA — Lagerlof LLP’s Senior Counsel, Morgan Gray, has been selected as a nominee for Attorney of the Year at the 2026 Los Angeles Business Journal M&A Awards.

Now in its second year, the M&A Awards program is presented by the Los Angeles Business Journal in partnership with ACG Los Angeles. The awards recognize the transactions and professionals driving Southern California’s dealmaking landscape, honoring Dealmakers of the Year across categories that include attorneys, lenders, investment bankers, private equity professionals, and other trusted advisors whose work helps close deals that contribute to the region’s robust M&A activity.

“Congratulations to Morgan on this well-deserved recognition,” Joshua Driskell, Managing Partner of Lagerlof, LLP, shared. “Morgan’s depth of knowledge, strategic insight, and dedication to achieving exceptional results for our clients have made her an invaluable member of our firm.
