- Representation of radiologist related to multi-specialty Independent Physician Association buy-out by Hospital foundation, successfully negotiated specialty competitive services carve-outs;
- Representation of physician in hospice licensure transfer and share purchase;
- Representation of private practice physician in home health company regional directorship recruitment and related equity vesting agreements;
