PASADENA, CA – Lagerlof, LLP is pleased to announce that David A. Rawi has been named Partner. 

David serves as a business and litigation attorney with a focus on representing healthcare providers and healthcare-related businesses navigating complex regulatory and operational environments. His practice includes reimbursement disputes, ownership and partnership matters, compliance issues, service and employment contracting, and business restructuring. He also advises clients in healthcare technology, including telemedicine and remote patient monitoring platforms.

David previously served as local and national litigation counsel for Fortune 100 and Fortune 200 companies at a Global 200 law firm recognized as a “Litigation Powerhouse” by BTI Consulting Group’s Litigation Outlook. He works with businesses at all stages of development, guiding clients through formation, restructuring, shareholder disputes, and high-stakes litigation matters.
