Tim has expertise in a wide variety of practice areas. He practices law in general business, water law, labor and employment, governmental/municipal law, real estate, and trust and estates.
After graduating college from UC Santa Barbara, Tim was drafted out of law school and attended Infantry Officer Candidate School in Fort Benning, Georgia and commissioned as 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Army in 1968. He served in Vietnam and Thailand.
Tim was able to return to law school in 1971 and graduated from California Western School of Law in 1974. He is admitted to practice law in California and the United States District Court.
Tim is married with three adult sons and eight grandchildren. He currently resides in Rancho Mirage.
