David Y. Yoshida

David is an expert with over a decade of experience in business, trust and estate, real estate, and equine transaction litigation. He has litigated a wide range of regional and national disputes involving businesses, high net worth individuals, and decedent’s estates for over a decade. He is widely recognized as a specialist in equine law who represents individuals and entities who own, train, sell, lease, and purchase elite sport horses.  

David is a highly skilled negotiator with a track record of resolving complex and emotionally charged disputes long before trial.  He is an aggressive advocate with extensive trial experience at both the state and federal level.

David used to enjoy throwing large social gatherings but now spends most of his time at home playing with his dog and arranging flowers.
