Elizabeth is of counsel in Lagerlof, LLP’s corporate and real estate departments focusing on corporate acquisitions and dispositions, financing, real estate, corporate governance and business contracts.
Elizabeth brings extensive experience in a wide array of commercial transactions, and counsels public and private businesses, government entities, non-profit organizations and individuals in all of their business needs. Elizabeth participates in all phases of these transactions, including strategic planning and structuring, risk assessment, drafting and negotiation, and implementation.
She received her undergraduate degree from Columbia College in 1994, with a major in Mathematics and Afro-American studies, and her J.D. from Columbia University Law School in 1997.
Elizabeth is also active in various associations and pro bono groups. She is a board member for Black Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, a board member and volunteer for Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law, a member of California Copyright Conference, a member of Columbia Alumni Association of Southern California, a volunteer for Reading to Kids, a representative for Arcadia Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
Elizabeth speaks French and Spanish and in her spare time, she enjoys tennis, Latin dance, cooking, and travel.
