What to Expect

The Lagerlof, LLP Summer Associate Internship Program is designed to provide post-graduate students with the opportunity to develop key competencies in the areas of law, business acumen, and organizational leadership. It is a standard 8-10 week program, consisting of weekly areas of concentration and learning outcomes, supported by assigned tasks. It also consists of a presentation in which interns have the ability to demonstrate their learning outcomes and contributions to the field of law.

Mentoring

Every summer associate is paired with a Partner or Senior Counsel. This person helps with the transition into the office, mentors on key practices and values within the firm, and is a valuable resource by providing advice as challenges or questions arise. At the end of each week, the summer associate and the supervising attorney will discuss reflections and insights from that work week.

Social Events

At Lagerlof, LLP we are committed to creating an environment where our team thrives. We have frequent social hours, weekly breakfasts, and bi-weekly yoga breaks.
