Oliver focuses his practice on litigation, trust and estates, conservatorships, guardianships, and estate planning. Prior to joining Lagerlof, he worked  for over 10 years at a boutique estate planning and trust litigation firm located in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. 

Oliver obtained his Juris Doctor in 2007 from Southwestern Law School in downtown Los Angeles and was admitted to the California Bar later that year.  Prior to law school, Oliver obtained his undergraduate degree in 2002 from Pomona College in Claremont, California.  He has also served as chair of the Trusts and Estates section of the board of directors for the South Bay Bar Association from 2016-2019. 

Oliver is a Southern California native, and has been a San Gabriel Valley resident for the past 20+ years.  He, his wife Emily, and their two children, Olivia and Jack, live in San Gabriel, and attend San Marino Community Church.  Olivia and Jack are not yet school age.
