Sapna Singh graduated with highest departmental honors for her B.A. in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College in 2000. She then joined the U.S. Department of State and worked overseas as a Foreign Service Officer before earning her J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2008.

Ms. Singh is a member of the California Bar as well as the Pasadena, Los Angeles, and South Asian Bar Associations. Her practice areas include civil litigation, estate planning, corporate, real estate, and water law. She enjoys hiking, scuba diving and actively follows international affairs.
