PROFILES

Christopher Chan joined Lagerlof, Senecal, Gosney & Kruse, LLP, in 2003 and is a partner with the firm. Mr. Chan's practice is focused in the areas of real estate and business law, business organizations, and estate planning. He assists clients in implementing strategic and succession planning, business formation and structuring, business and real estate acquisitions and financing, and various other types of transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Chan worked as a Consultant for KPMG, LLP, a "Big Four" accounting firm, as part of its Structured Finance Group. In that role, he assisted clients who originate, buy, sell or securitize assets in their efforts to manage risk and achieve other strategic and financial goals. This experience has proven invaluable in helping clients of Lagerlof, Senecal, Gosney & Kruse to identify problems before they arise and arrive at cost-effective solutions.

Mr. Chan is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where he received his B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. He received his J.D. degree from Loyola Marymount University in 2003.
