PROFILES
Frank Santo joined Lagerlof, Senecal, Gosney & Kruse, LLP, in 2005, and is a partner with the firm. He advises clients on business law and litigation, real estate, leasing, municipal and water law and intellectual property. He also has assisted clients with partnership disputes, trade secret claims, bankruptcy proceedings and in matters arising under Articles 3, 4 and 9 of the California Commercial Code. He has tried cases in the State and Federal Courts on a broad range of matters, including contractual disputes, banking operations, defective construction and bankruptcy non-dischargeability claims.
Mr. Santo has authored articles on copyright and trademark law that have appeared in Big News for Smaller Firms, a publication of the Solo and Small Practice Section of the State Bar of California.
Mr. Santo is a 1986 graduate of Temple University, where he received his B.S. Degree. He received his M.B.A. from Drexel University in 1992 and his law degree from Whittier College School of Law in 1997. He is a member of the Pasadena and Los Angeles County Bar Associations and the State Bar of California. Mr. Santo is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Central, Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of California.
